The high school challenge team is composed of students from grades nine through twelve, who possess inquiring minds, a love of learning, and the will to compete against other high schools. The group practices twice a week, and competes in "League Meets" every other week during the first semester. They also compete against other schools in the Channel 28 High School Challenge program, which is televised. In addition, many opportunities exist to participate in "Invitational" meets, held at area schools on Saturdays.
